Orders are released for shipping after the payment method has been confirmed or receipt of payment has been registered. The delivery times stated apply from the day after the payment instruction for normal order volumes. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Standard orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of the order. Please note that delivery times may be longer shortly after collection drops. Due to the increased volume of orders, delivery times in Germany are approximately 7 to 10 working days.
RETURNS
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and send it back to us via DHL. Please use the returns form to do so. Please note that you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.
